The construction work on the pavement of
Keskuskatu is already going on for a while. The street slowly takes its new
shape already though.
Big parts of the pavement are already done.
Like Aleksanterinkatu also Keskuskatu will get underground heating so that ice
and snow will melt right away during the winter.
It seems likely that the street will be ready for
use again before the winter comes.
