The Best Western Premier Katajanokka is quite a special hotel. Its building used to be a
prison. And instead of tearing the whole thing down the theme was kept for the hotel.
Even if you
don’t plan on staying here over night you might want to take a look inside. See
the big three storey hallways with the former cell and now hotel room doors.

solitary cell. Both are open for visitors free of charge.
